Why do people call God as our Father?
When people go to church, they call God as our Father.
That is because Jesus Christ taught us to call God as our Father in heaven.
Mt 6:9 This, then is how you should pray: "Our Father in heaven...."
The answer is very simple.
The reason why we are calling God as our Father is we are God's children.
2Co 6:18 "I will be a father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty."
God is our Father and we are God's children.
We use the title of father and children, when we talk about family.
Simply we can understand this following fact.
Just as we have physical family on this earth we also have our spiritual family in heaven!
That is why we call God as our Father!
But, don't you miss someone who takes very important role in the family?
If there are children, there must be their mother who gave birth as well as their father.
The word father implies the words children and mother!
In other words, if there is God the Father, there must be God the Mother
That is why the bible clearly testifies about the existence of God the Mother.
Gal 4:26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.
Even though there are many people who believe in God, they do not know our God, Savior correctly.
However, knowing our God, the savior is very important matter for our salvation.
There are so many prophecies and testimonies about God the Mother.
